• Are the parts genuine Cummins?

  We supply genuine Cummins parts made by the Chinese joint ventures (DCEC, CCEC, XCEC) and genuine imported parts. If we offer an aftermarket alternative for a number, the quote says so in plain words; nothing is substituted without your agreement. [待确认]

• How do I find my part number?

  It is usually stamped or printed on the part itself or on its label. If you only have the engine, send us the engine serial number (ESN) from the dataplate and tell us which part you need; we look it up.

• My number has been superseded. Which one do I order?

  Order by either number. Our part pages show the full chain, newest first; we quote the number that ships today and note the one you asked for. Old numbers stay valid for parts already on the shelf.

• Is there a minimum order?

  No minimum order. Small orders ship by courier; freight and handling are quoted with the parts. [待确认]

• How do you ship, and how long does it take?

  By courier (DHL, FedEx, UPS) for small parcels, by air freight for urgent heavy items, and by sea for large orders. In-stock parts leave within 2–3 working days of payment; courier delivery is typically 3–7 days door to door. [待确认]

• How do I pay?

  Bank transfer (T/T) in USD; other methods on request. Details are on the Shipping & payment page. [待确认]

• Do the reference prices include shipping?

  No. A reference price is the indicative price of one piece, ex works. Your quote states the final price, shipping and lead time.

• Is there a warranty?

  Genuine parts carry the manufacturer's warranty against defects in material and workmanship. Claims are handled with the supplier's inspection report; see Shipping & payment. [待确认]

• Which countries do you ship to?

  Worldwide, wherever a courier or freight forwarder delivers. Export paperwork — commercial invoice, packing list, certificate of origin where required — is included.
